Studio Architetto Pontello is available for new projects

Based in Florence, architect Fortunato Simone Pontello is a qualified professional inspired by his love for the Tuscan countryside, the indisputable star of his projects.

Initially a member of the Construzioni Callisto Pontello group, specialised in public buildings, in 1997 Simone Pontello founded his own studio to fully dedicate himself to the restoration and renovation of villas and private buildings.

His primary passion, and his forte, is combining the tradition of the local housing developments with the modernity of radical interventions.

Architect Simone Pontello meticulously studies and preserves the original masonry of the existing building, reopening traditional spaces and creating continuity between the interior and exterior.

Through careful analysis of structural elements and materials, and his solid professional expertise, he creates architecture that brings together comfort, modernity and sustainability in perfect harmony.

Swimming pools are the leitmotif of architect Simone Pontello’s creations. The focal point of the property, the swimming pools he designs are both classic and modern, with clean, linear shapes, thanks to the combination of antique tiles with the latest pool systems.

The qualified architect offers his services for your restoration or renovation project, interior design, landscape architecture and design, as well as CAD, 2D and 3D renderings.
