Initially a member of the Construzioni Callisto Pontello group, specialised in public buildings, in 1997 Simone Pontello founded his own studio to fully dedicate himself to the restoration and renovation of villas and private buildings.

Over the years Matteo Gardino has managed to work with several internationally renowned architects, such as Tadao Ando in Osaka, Japan, or Paulo Mendes da Rocha in São Paulo, Brazil. Yet it was in Milan that he returned and founded his own studio and began carrying out projects throughout Italy and abroad.
